Tuition Assistance FAQ
Will Applying for Tuition Assistance affect my admission decision?
No. Our admission decisions are need-blind, meaning admission decisions are made separately from decisions concerning tuition assistance.
Do I need to complete a separate FACTS Grant & Aid Application for each child?
No. Each family only needs to complete one FACTS Application.
What is the deadline for the FACTS Grant & Aid Application?
The application is due January 17, 2017. If your family is completing the application process after the deadline, please go ahead and complete the FACTS Application at that time. We may still be able to award tuition assistance to applications received in the spring and summer.
Is there a cost for the FACTS Grant & Aid Application?
Yes. There is a $30 fee to submit the FACTS Application. If the fee is burdensome and your family needs a fee waiver, please contact us.
What if my financial situation changes?
Each year during January families applying for tuition assistance will need to complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Application again. We will take any changes in circumstances into account when making awards for the following school year.
Is there an income cut-off for Tuition Assistance?
No. Income is the primary factor used to determine need-based aid; however, we take many other factors into account including household size, number of dependents, other tuition costs, net worth, debt, and other financial obligations.
Should our son apply to Priory even if we are concerned about our ability to afford the tuition?
If you think Priory is the right fit for your son, please apply! We do not want families to fail to apply due to concerns about affordability. We will do our best to help your family make attending Priory a reality.
