Soccer

Mr. John Morhmann has been teaching English and coaching varsity soccer at Priory for over 30 years. For most of that time, he has also been a High School Advisor, member of the Thesis Committee, and English Department chairman. John received his BA in Religion from Princeton University and his MA in English from Middlebury College.

Mr. Phil Brotherton grew up in south St. Louis County, and attended St. Mary’s High School in south St. Louis. After high school, he attended Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, where he majored in Mathematics and Secondary Education. He also was a member of Benedictine’s football team. In Mr. Brotherton's first five years out of college, he taught math and coached football and basketball at St. Dominic High School in O’Fallon, Missouri. He has taught at Priory since 2018 and has coached football, basketball, and track. Mr. Brotherton met his wife, Aly, in college and they now reside in O’Fallon, Missouri with their four children: Joseph, Eli, Joshua, and Mary.
