Students Leading by Example
Priory encourages all our students to explore the numerous opportunities for leadership on campus.
- A number of students volunteer to serve as Student Ambassadors, introducing Priory to the many 5th or 6th grade boys who visit campus to learn more about the school.
- Some pursue service on the Student Council, and help coordinate and run the student-led Monday morning all-school assemblies.
- Each of Priory’s 30+ clubs and organizations relies on student leadership – whether it’s the Scholar Bowl team or the Pop-Tart Club.
- The student leaders of Priory’s Spirit Club promote the school’s athletic teams on campus and on social media, and lead the raucous cheering from the student section.
- And for matters of faith, students lead in a variety of ways – building connections in Tutoria, fostering a spirit of service, and helping their peers think about the important role of God in their young lives.
Priory’s mission is to provide a Benedictine, Catholic, college preparatory education of the highest excellence so as to help talented and motivated young men develop their full potential as children of God. The unique atmosphere at Priory fosters and encourages leaders – for today and tomorrow!
