Dress Down Day for Annie's Hope, 4/28/16
Our own Ms. Schaefer volunteers at Annie’s Hope, and she has set us a challenge to send three kids to camp by raising $1800.00 on a dress down day Thursday, April 28. The mission of Annie’s Hope is to provide comprehensive support services for children, teens, and their families who are grieving the death of someone significant. One program they offer is overnight summer camp. Camp Courage for kids and Camp Erin for teens are a safe, comfortable, fun experience where grieving kids and teens can connect. There is no fee to attend Camp Courage or Camp Erin, so Annie’s Hope depends upon financial support to make the camps happen. The full value of attending Camp Courage or Camp Erin per camper is $600. Our dress down minimum donation is $2.00, and the challenge donation is $3.65 or more. On behalf of the kids, Ms. Schaefer asks all to give generously!
