Message from Father Gregory
Over the Christmas holidays, I finally finished reviewing all the teacher and advisor comments for the students in the High School (Mrs. Hartnett does the same for all the students in the Junior School). My deadline for myself was to get them completed before Christmas, and I finished just before noon on Christmas Eve! Every student and all the parents will receive an email with my comment. While I 'm sorry that it has taken so long for them to get out, I hope that they still will be helpful as a word of encouragement (sometimes perhaps a bit of an admonition). Though it is quite laborious for me to review every report written on every student in the High School, it provides me with a remarkable opportunity to see how much teaching and learning is actually going on at Priory: it is a most impressive amount!
It also affords me the opportunity to take a moment and pray for each and every student; I don't have the opportunity to encounter everyone on a daily basis, so this is my chance to attend in a spiritual way to every student in the high school, and to commend them all to the Lord.
Be assured, also, of my prayers for all of you parents. May the Lord bless us all in this New Year.
Yours sincerely in the Lord,
Father Gregory, O.S.B.
