Save the Date: “This Vast Cloud of Witnesses” presented by Sister Constance
Sister Constance has been a Little Sister of the Poor for 29 years. Before entering the community, she earned a degree in occupational therapy from Boston University and in 2012 she completed a master’s degree in health care administration/Catholic health care leadership from St. Joseph’s College of Maine. She has served in various capacities; however, the bulk of her experience has been in communications and vocation work. She currently serves as the Little Sisters’ U.S. communications director, overseeing the community’s publications and web presence for their 27 U.S. homes for the elderly.
She will present “This Vast Cloud of Witnesses,” a spiritual history tracing the persecution of the Little Sisters of the Poor from their founding to their recent HHS battles. The presentation highlights the quiet courage of the Sisters. The first presentation is for Priory parents on the evening of Tuesday, February 7 at 7:30 p.m., followed by a talk to the students in the morning on Wednesday, February 8 (8:10-8:47 a.m.).
