Transition to College Event Presentation
Dear Seniors and Your Parents,
As we get closer and closer to your graduation, we are both excited and a bit melancholy. What a privilege and pleasure it has been to work with the Class of 2016.
Last Thursday, we hosted a program, along with Villa Duchesne, VIsitation, Westminster Christian and Whitfield, on making the transition to college. The event featured Tim Bono, an assistant dean of students and professor at Washington University, and a panel of recent graduates and parents from our various schools. The evening was an entertaining, engaging and most informative look on how to make a successful transition to college, with the emphasis on the characteristics and habits of the happiest college students.
While some of our families were able to attend, many were not. The program was so insightful we wanted to share with you highlights of what was presented. In addition to the highlights of last Thursday's program, we have put together a group of articles, helpful tips, and resources to provide support for your road to college. So, we have asked that the brochure be posted on the Priory website for you to review and download.
Seniors - we are looking forward to our little celebration on Friday!
Parents - we look forward to being a part of your son's graduation ceremony.
And all, please know we are still here to assist you and your family with any issues you may have as you leave Priory School and head off to your college.
