Welcome to the Priory Alumni Newsletter
“In your years here you have had the opportunity of acquiring certain knowledge and certain mental habits, because this is a high school; to develop and form your will and character and to advance in grace, because this is a Catholic school; and to learn and know and appreciate the Liturgy of the Church and especially the Mass, because this is a Benedictine school. All these will be useful in the rest of your lives…but they will be useful only if and insofar as you keep cultivating them further.”
— Father Timothy Horner, O.S.B., in his letter to the Class of 1960
On behalf of the Saint Louis Priory School Alumni Association and the Development Office, we are thrilled to introduce the new Priory Alumni Newsletter.
No matter your graduation year, your Priory experience continues long after you receive your diploma. The Alumni Association invites you to stay involved, remain close to the school and the monks, and give back time and talent to the place that helped shape you into the man you are today. Our alumni and monastic communities provide a resource, a network, and a spiritual home for you throughout your life. Know that your support continues to make a lasting impact on the school and our students.
Our alumni relationships run deep and span generations, and our goal is to keep those connections strong. This newsletter will keep you up to date about alumni, school, and Abbey events, news, and other happenings. We welcome your ideas; contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your suggestions. Please continue to keep us in your prayers, as we continue to keep you in ours.
