Forms II & III Trip to The Rep
On Tuesday, Feb. 28, our 8th and 9th grade students will visit the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis to attend a showing of "To Kill a Mockingbird," based on the Harper Lee novel.
The Rep provides this short description of the show:
Lee’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel is a beloved tale that still resonates today. Scout Finch is growing up in Depression-era Alabama, where poverty and prejudice dominate daily life. With the guidance of her wise father, Atticus, the rebellious Scout discovers her own path, learning the power of empathy and the struggle for justice.
The boys will attend their first period class, then depart for The Rep by bus. Usual school dress code is expected. No cell phones will be allowed out or on after students get out of the bus at the Rep.
They will return around 1 p.m., and a pizza lunch will be provided. Form III students will attend their 7th period class then proceed to sports, and Form II students will have their 8th and 9th period classes as normal.
