Dear Parents,

It is now possible to begin applying for tuition aid for the 2021-2022 school year through FACTS. While you have until Jan. 15, 2021 to submit your applications (and Feb. 15, 2021 to add your 2020 W-2’s), I urge you to begin the process for applying now. Timely completion of your application will help us distribute our limited financial resources in an equitable and just manner to those most in need.

This year, we were able to offer $2.2 million in aid for our families, with awards ranging from $2,500 to $25,990. These awards were calculated according to a number of factors, including total family income, non-discretionary expenses, and household size. While anyone may apply for aid, please know that Father Cuthbert and I will work hard to ensure that all members of our community take a proportionate share of the sacrifices necessary to provide our unique Catholic Benedictine college preparatory education to your sons.

As you know, the current economic situation in our country and broader community is volatile. We are all concerned about the future, our sources of income, and our need to identify financial priorities and make sacrifices. If your circumstances should change at any point, please let us know right away. The Business Office staff is ready to work with you to help make adjustments to your payment plan or even re-open the tuition assistance application process if applicable.

New FACTS Users 

• Please go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/42ZXY "Create a FACTS username & password" or, If you have an existing FACTS account, please select "Sign In" and use your existing username/password. 

• Submit your applications by Jan. 15, 2021. Complete 2019 Federal Tax Return and W2(s) are required. Your 2020 W-2s must be provided no later than February 15, 2021.

Returning Applicants

• If you have an existing FACTS account, please select "Sign In" and use your existing username/password.

• All applications must be submitted by Jan. 15, 2021. Complete 2019 Federal Tax Return and W2(s) and 2020 W2(s) are required (W-2’s are due by Feb. 15, 2021).
