On Wednesday, the school gathered and resumed our weekly Wednesday assemblies in the Church, a time when we reflect upon a chapter in the Rule of St. Benedict and pray with one another. Mr. Nickolai reminded us that we set this time aside every week when we can "listen with the ear of our heart."

It has been wonderful to once again have a five-day fixed schedule, Monday STUCO assemblies complete with Ryan Lally’s rendition of the lunch menu, lunch in the Dining Hall with a hot entree option, Raven Round Up, and a pep rally to celebrate our spring athletes and the upcoming fall sports season.

And, while there are still some adjustments for us to make, it has been remarkable to see the students gathered around the ping pong tables, gathered for Chaplaincy in the Abbey church, and getting seconds in the lunch line.

Before we know it, it will be time for mid-terms and parent-teacher conferences at the end of September.

One quick reminder to students:  if you are considering changing or dropping classes, we highly recommend that you make the change by the end of next week.

Welcome back to Priory.
